Shipping policy

At Oz Beeswax our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live in Australia or the World. Every day, we deliver to customers across Australia and around the globe, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We know you are excited to receive your items, but its going to take a little bit of time for us to get it to you. 

Let us explain:

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time: Your order needs to be verified, and the items collected for packaging. It then has to be packed and sent out to you, which can take 2–4 days. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to you (the destination). Items usually take between 3 to 7 Days in Australia and 7 to 21 days International to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Please allow up to14 days Australia and 30 days for international delivery before contacting us about an undelivered item.

Please make sure that you enter your address correctly (and its your current address), we would hate for your item to be held up due to delivery people not being able to find you.  We will use the address you have given us, we can not change this once the item is shipped.
